How it all comes together.
We supply all you need: your choice of 2 phone styles to fit the occasion, an elegant black table cloth, a floral accent, and a vibrant neon “Leave a Message” sign that will draw just enough attention to lead guests over to leave their message. They will all be saved to a USB key for easy listening, or you may choose a slideshow where you can listen to the messages while viewing photos (provided by you) with a light background track. The perfect addition to your Photo Booth rental in the Greater Toronto Area.
Frequently Ask Questions
Guests simply pick up the phone and leave a recorded message for the host. The format makes it easy to capture congratulations, stories, jokes, advice, and spontaneous messages that might never make it into a written guestbook.
The setup includes a choice of two phone styles, an elegant black tablecloth, a floral accent, and a neon “Leave a Message” sign to help guests notice the station. The goal is to make the audio guestbook feel like an intentional part of the event rather than a phone placed on a table.
Sweet Magic can save the guest messages to a USB key for easy listening. There is also an option to create a slideshow experience that pairs the recordings with photos you provide and a light background track, giving you another way to revisit the messages after the event.
Audio guestbooks are especially popular for weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, private parties, and corporate celebrations. They are most valuable at events where the host wants to preserve guests' voices and personal messages, not just photographs.
Choose a visible area that guests naturally pass but that is not directly beside loud speakers or the dance floor. A slightly quieter location makes it easier for people to hear prompts and record clear messages, while signage and nearby décor help draw attention to the station.
